Welcome back fencers!  Term 2 is currently under way and fees are now due.  If you have not yet stopped by the office to pay your Term 2 fees, please do so to keep your account active.

Fees for Term 2 are $378.00 for 2 classes per week and for those who have approval for 1 class per week (must be pre-approved by Glenn – and only available to classes C, D or E) your fees are $198.00.

Tournament: 9:30-10:00 am start time

(there may be open fencing following the tournament as we have the gym until 4:00 pm – this will be dependent on participants and tournament end time)

Lunch and AGM: Beginning at 12:30 pm with the remaining portion of the competition to immediately follow!

***Parents – come meet parents of our competitive members and our coaches. Ask them any questions you have about Fencing, tournaments, requirements for competitive fencers – or just come socialize and get to know your Executive Committee and other parents.

Tuesday, November 11, 2014 for an extended Remembrance Day weekend.

We will reopen on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at 5:30 for our regularly scheduled classes.



Fence-a-thon Success

A Huge Thank You to all who came to help us celebrate 60 years of Fencing in Calgary on Saturday, September 27, 2014.  

We surpassed our expected attendees this year with 45+ fencers from both outside the city and from our other city clubs as well as quite a number of spectators who stayed to watch the fencing fun.

We hope that all who attended had a great time and will join us again next September for our 4th Annual Fence-a-thon.
